Today the self-made billionaire Jay-Z announced that he is going on a 31 day tour to promote the amazing album 4:44 that already went platinum in less than one week.  According to Rollingstones.com tickets for Jay Z's surprise tour are supposed to go on sale July 14 but word on the street is that all Tidal subscribers are able to buy tickets as early as today at noon.
