The officer didn't care about who was on the road at that time, he was more concerned about taxing another officer or looking at his phone like he said. In this shocking footage obtained by ABC News, the police officer is seen making a left turn into a man riding his bike on the bike path.

This police officer is the worst type, he changed his story within a matter of five seconds, first he said that he was texting another officer, then he said he was just looking at his phone. A Missouri source has confirmed that the officer has been suspended without pay, it looks like this officer will be back on the job shortly.
