Justin Bieber quickly got out his truck to help after he hit a photographer with his big truck.

Celebrity Gossip - In the video obtained by TMZ it shows Justin Bieber walking from a church to his huge black truck with paparazzi's all over him taking pictures. As Justin Bieber was trying to leave the paparazzi stood in front of the car blocking Justin Bieber from leaving. As the Canadian singer put his foot on the gas just a bit, the front right side of his car hit one of the photographers in the leg. Justin quickly got out of the car to attend to the man that he hit. The man was exaggerating the impact, he was acting like he was dying when everyone clearly saw that the truck barely hit him. Justin Bieber yelled for everybody to give him space as they waited for the EMS to arrive. According to the video Justin Bieber stayed at the scene for approximately 10 minutes after the ambulance arrived. The whole drama was caught on camera by a slew of paparazzi's that were filming outside. Word on the street Justin Bieber was leaving the Saban Theater where there had been a church event that night.
